May felt like she was defying gravity. Even if it only lasted for such a short moment. The floatzel took a glance at her audience from the peak of her jump, and noted that she had gotten higher up than usual, she had gotten a much better start on this final part of her performance.
And she intended to take advantage of it. So she immediately pulled her body into a spin, quickly picking up a moderate angular velocity as gravity started to take hold. Sending her speeding down towards the ground. She let out a weak water gun combined with the cold of an icefang: Freezing the water right as it came out from her lips and creating an icy spiral as she spun. The ice glinted in the stage lights as it reflected the lights in every direction.
It was one of her favourite parts as it served a dual purpose, her paw grasping onto the newly formed ice and using it to flip herself upside-up again right as she got close to the floor again. Her paws landed gracefully onto the floor of the stage. The otter guided the momentum from the fall and slid her paws across the floor. Spreading her legs and pushing her hinds backwards as she bent forwards, keeping her balance as her arm swung around behind her. Her other arm reached up and stretched out two of her digits into a peace sign. And as the finishing touch to her performance, the floatzel performer gave a quick and sweet wink to the audience, which erupted into a cheer as her performance came to an end.
I wanted to get a piece that showcases more the kind of performances that my floatzel May does for a living. And I think that
Kingbeast did a good job on it.
And as you might have noticed, yes, she does not wear her glasses during her performances. Wouldn’t want to drop them during it after all.
