A mix of Gardevoir and Arceus, Xiomara (or Mara) is one of many 'Legendary Sisters' that live on a secluded isle. Unlike her other Sisters, Xiomara is solely responsible for maintaining the existence of their home and ensuring the safety and existence of herself and her Sisters. On the outside she appears to be a reserved and calm individual, treating everything with grace and possessing a sound mind to deliver the swiftest of decisions and judgements. Despite this demeanor, she is an extremely caring and passionate individual who is always worried of the well-being of those she holds dear - something that she would never reveal to others except to those who work closest with her. The mantle of responsibility weighs heavy over her shoulders, she cannot afford to take any situation or request lightly - even the trivial request of leaving the isle to 'explore the world'.
While Xiomara was already a powerful individual due to her being unnaturally strong with Psychokinetic abilities, her greatest power lies within the soul of True Arceus - the goddess that bestowed its strength to the Gardevoir. Xiomara is a goddess in her own right, possessing the ability to manipulate the surrounding reality itself - such as conjuring things into existence and banishing them to the void. The 'Halo' that floats behind her head is the source of her power, and the plates embedded in them is what grants her the strength to control the elements. Xiomara however rarely uses this power, for fear of drawing unnecessary attention to even greater beings outside their home reality - the same beings that brought the death of all True Legendarys and forced said entities to bestow their soul and power to mortals, creating the Sisters.
Although Xiomara hopes for there to be a day where she and her Sisters can use their power freely, to create and govern just as the True Legends once have. However such a time may never come - not as long as the outer entities continue to exist.
Note 1: Xiomara is the source of all of her Sisters powers. When they leave the isle - and such her presence, they grow weaker - although their strength still surpasses most if not all mortals.
Note 2: Xiomara is well aware of her Sisters 'sneaking' off the isle. She chooses however to look the other way, since she knows how isolating the isle can be and the desire to see how much the outside world has changed. As long as the Sisters try not to draw too much unnecessary attention, she will be fine with them exploring and 'mingling' with mortals.
