Fugami Soraku is the store owner of, Mr. Soraku repairs, she spent most of her time there repairing old machine, or making new ones. Fugami was one a well known scientist that work at the power plant before the incident. She dealt with most of the minor research there like making sure the plant was working perfectly. Things went haywire after the big explosion, most of her body was badly damaged, which nearly impossible for her to survived. Fugami managed to survive by having most her living organs fused with an android dog body. She still normally intact, but occasionally have some dog like Instinct tend to kick in. At her shop, she have a few humanoid beast work at her shop, she not much good dealing with other people, which she have Val-Kakeru deal with them the most. She stayed in her office dealing any small to deal with, and play with her pet hamster
