I picked her because.... okay, you'll think I'm weird, but her name is very close to the scientific name of the ocean sunfish, Mola Mola! It's my favorite fish. Mamanbou is an ocean sunfish. (I did a happy dance when I saw it!)

And so her name sticks in my brain, haha.

she's named after a river, if I'm not mistaken, but that is also a very fun detail :O



the fun fact is that Molala was created and belonged to my ex until he handed her over to me like two months ago, so only now I can actually claim property over her |3 good timing
