A mix of Garchomp and Dialga, Rohesia (or Rose/Rosy) is one of many 'Legendary Hybrids' that live on a secluded isle. Rohesia has a very motherly and caring personality despite what her appearance may imply, she always does her best to take care of others as well as look out for her sisters. However despite her sweet personality, she is also referred as 'Momma Dragon' due to the fact that she can become extremely fierce and terrifying due to her protective nature. Although all Sisters are capable of taking care of themselves, Rohesia will often tell them that 'she'll take care of this' before bringing down the hammer upon those who made the unfortunate mistake of invoking her ire.

In terms of physical strength, Rohesia is already an incredibly powerful individual whose strength is further enhanced by her Legendary side. She is fully capable of lifting massive objects such as boulders and tree trunks with great ease - combined with the fact that her Garchomp side allows her to dig through the earth and glide short distances at incredible speeds. Also her Draconic heritage allows her to generate and unleash pure energy - usually in the form of powerful lasers or spheres of destructive power. Additionally however she possesses the ability to manipulate time, being able to speed up or slow down her surroundings upon channeling her power. She is capable of rewinding time, however this power often has severe side-effects in the form of distorting reality - thus causing said power to be rarely if ever used.

Note: In terms of size and height, Rohesia is easily the largest of all her Sisters.

Note 2: Despite her and Zenoclio possessing the powers of conflicting Legendaries, the two actually get along very well - mostly due to their goals of overseeing and protecting their fellow Sisters. There are occasional times where they're at-odds with one another due to differences in methods and opinions, but not as severe compare to individuals such as Miyako and Yinomi.
