That motherfucker, Vladimir Putin is now on day 44 on his attack on Ukraine. He expected it to be a cake walk, an easy stroll to Kyiv and take over.
But no, Putin's little fun fest is costing him dearly in manpower and equipment, his losses are already almost equal to the Soviets losses in Afghanistan from 1979-1989. But the actions of the Russian military is taking a bloody toll on the Ukrainians as well. Whole cities utterly destroyed, thousands killed, wounded and maimed and sadly a huge toll on children as well.

The Ukrainians are literally fighting for their lives and making the Russians pay dearly in blood as well. Plus Putin is putting a strain in the Ukraine food supply and production. Can we say Holodomor 2.0 is possibly in the works?

On a serious note, there is no way in hell I am pointing fingers of blame at the average Russian Citizen, (And especially the Russians here on FA, including several of my watchers) they too and in a complicated way, are victims of this stupid and utterly senseless war. They are only hearing the spoon fed propaganda put out by the Putin approved news sources . They are not hearing about the bombing of civilian targets, shelters, train stations, nor the brutal mass murder of hundreds of Ukrainians in parts near and around Kviv . I only hope that saner heads prevail in your country quickly and end this horror.

Well, Russian people from FA does not get their info from Putin's propaganda. That's why we do not support war - and often using Russian anti-war flag (white-blue-white one).
In my case perception of this war is much harder, cuz me, as a living in a border with UA, see a bunch of people, who get their points about not only from propaganda, but from their Donbass relatives. More of that, there are many fugitives from Donbass, who have... ahem... pretty direct view on all of this.
Hearing these people do not change my view about this war, but - fuck, it's like being put on the rack, folks

The Finn's remember too well the last time the Russians threatened. I truly fear Putin has gone mad and wants a Third World War as his legacy.
Plus Poland remembers too well what the Soviets did in 1939 by invading from the East as Hitler came in from the West. AND in 1944 when the Soviet army sat across the river in Warsaw as the Germans laid the city down to utter ruins and didn't assist the Polish resistance fighting the Nazis, but allowed them to be slaughtered.

And at the same time, zero reaction to this. From the Baltic states and Finland, the flight time to Moscow is the same as from Ukraine. And you can get to St. Petersburg in general in an hour or two (and this is the second largest city in Russia) And they don’t give a fuck. As if everything is fine ... Damn, how fucked up this nonsense. Everyone comes up with new excuses for this war on their TV sets, without even bothering to adhere to at least banal logic ... Fucked up. Putin, Solovyov, Skabeeva, Kiseleva - a bunch of scumbags and killers.

you are right but I must to correct you in one detail: Golodomor wasn't an special action against Ukrainians ONLY. Russians died in Golodomor almost no less than Ukrainians. (3,8 mln Ukrainians and 3,2 mln Russians). Russians didn't enjoyed lot of food while Ukrainians died, it's a racist myth created to excuse anti-russian discrimination. Golodomor is a crime of Soviet government against Slavic nations, not a Russian crime against Ukrainians. Propaganda myth "only Ukrainians died in Golodomor and no one else" is an insulting lie which offended memory of victims, because it fully ignored a Russian and Belorusian victims, makes Ukrainians an only one victim. Obviously this made for hatred against Russians, because impossible to be guilted and victim in one time. So, Ukrainian propagandist created myth "no one Russians died in Golodomor, Russians didn't suffered of hunger"
Late to the party, but definitely agreed. That son of a bitch had us Finns all in a panic that they were gonna come for us next the second if Kyiv had fallen. Thankfully the Ukrainians are showing them what for. Suffice to say this situation is important for us Finnish people the same way it is for Ukraine, Poland and the Baltics. We have not forgotten nor forgiven the Winter War.
