NAME:[/ b] – Celest Nuthatch
[b]SPECIES: – Nuthatch
GENDER – Female
AGE: 2.5 Years
Celest is a baby bird girl who has a pastel-yellow colored body and light-blue colored tail feathers and head fluff that appears on top of her pastel-yellow colored head. A
Additional features of Celest Nuthatch is her darker blue-grey coloring on her wingtips, tail tip, legs/feet, and beak. She also has violet colored eyes and a little tuft / curl of hair that sticks out from on top of her head.
Celest can commonly be seen flapping about in just a diaper along with her favorite purple bow that was given to her by ‘Papa Lucca’ as a gift to show how he had adopted her as if she was his own cub. ([i]Lucca is a prominent part of the Pride he is in and believed it to be his responsibility to raise this bizarre and overly-energetic hatchling. Celest Nuthatch is the proverbial ‘Other Side of the Coin’ to Yosh. Where Yosh E. O’Ducky has been the result of over 13 years of sharing parts of my true personality with the ideas, characters, places, and faces of everyone I have had the joy of interacting with online, Celest is the part of me that I was never able to explore prior to my relationship with Lucca.
Yosh is definitely going to be around to quack things up with all his pals at various stages of his life. However, Celest will be making her appearance to help me share my struggle with sexual identity that has been a notable part of my true self since 1998.
Yosh stories will continue to be what you all have known, loved, and helped me to develop over all these years. Celest’s stories will be, for now, kept exclusive to what I gained, gain, and will gain through my super special relationship with my masculine mate.
I now accept both male and female pronouns. This is to better help me work with all that I had not yet been able to work through in regard to my feelings of self-worth and identity as a human-being. This means that ‘Papa Lucca’ will be the primary character in Celest’s life until I find ways to take her beyond ‘Papa Lucca’s Home’ and ‘The (Not Yet named) Daycare / Preschool’ she spends a majority of her time at.
Overall, Yosh is still Yosh and will only continue to be the same Yosh you have all known and loved for years while Celest will be the start of my exploration in accepting myself for having, per social stereotypes, more female than male talents, traits, and interests.

Thank you all for helping me to reach a point in my life where I can better understand who and what I am without fear of shame and judgment. Lucca is taking good care of me and I am doing all I can to help him feel welcome, appreciated, and loved as we build our lives together here in Pennsylvania. We both have a number of challenges to overcome due to our respective pasts. However, even after little under a month living together, I can safely say I see a permanent partner in Lucca. With time, you will start to see more-and-more from us when it comes to the creative arts along with our shared journey as a couple who value each other’s feelings, goals, hopes, and dreams.

This is so adorable and so great to see. So much potential for character growth-- both the character AND you! I really like the design, too. The bow is a great personal touch!
As far as pronoun usage, I want to make sure I am clear: your pronouns are he/him or she/her, right?
And as for her daycare or wider world, it is your 'sona! To be honest, I see no reason why the daycare can't still be the Quack Quack learning Farm; it always seemed bright and cheery and big and playful.

*Blush* Good point. It is actually quite possible to stay in familiar territory over trying to rebuild entire worlds and/or universes. It will be a lot less stressful to just build the existing world and not continue my ongoing worries about living up to toxic, self-imposed expectations.
