This one isn't my model, but with the author's permission I'm rigging her for use in Poser and DAZ|Studio.
Currently, the clothing and armour pieces are an integral part of the figure. This is why the shoulderguards, for instance, deform so badly as she moves her arms. I plan to turn all those into separate posable elements, which will solve that problem and make it easier to dress her in other outfits.
I've uploaded this as an animated GIF, so to see the other poses you'll need to go full-view.

More are on the way.
I bailed out of the game-mod community shortly after Half-Life 1, though I still follow developments with some interest.
You'd have to ask CharleyFox himself about a UT3 adaptation, but ~44000 triangles may be a bit excessive for a player model, even with tomorrow's game engines.

Seeing the abundance of fur in BuF, Polycount and EpicForums, there's not all that bad a chance of a UT3 rigging.
Heck, one of the BuF'ers have managed to port several UT2k4 stock models to the RoboBlitz engine, with animations. Shouldn't be TOO much of a hassle for Charley to do it if someone bugs him enough, hehe.
