This is actually for something bigger and better, but I thought I would post my first attempt at animating a character. It will look better when I'm finished, hopefully, but this is a very simple walk animation that took me way too long to do. still not a master of flash, but I try.

Hint and tip:
For a female character, make the hips tilt in the direction of the foot that's not carrying weight, as soon as weight is taken off it and the shoulders tip the opposite direction to counterbalance.
This is far less crucial for male characters, even though the same movements occur, they are much less pronounced and can be safely ignored.
I can try to whip something together to demonstrate if I didn't explain it clearly.
