On his frequent travels, Axel had encountered Manaphy who seemingly was playing tricks. But, the Manaphy happened to begin a new heart swap with a nearby Goodra. The Goodra himself seemed very alerted by the fact that he had heart swapped with Axel and Axel couldn't believe his eyes. This may have happened to him before so he just felt really annoyed by this. One of them may find having the other's body may be more interesting than intended though, just may take a while to get accustomed to the swap.
