Uriel Buran, captain of the Marauder mercenaries, is not known for taking a lot of things seriously. At least at face value. Deep down there is a lot going on in this man's brain. But who needs to think when you have muscles that allow you to lift one hundred tons? Uriel likes to keep things simple: get close and make the enemy regret ever letting you do so. And YES that is a monocle and it feeds him information from his ship and can do other stuff like scan the environment. He thinks it makes him look fancy having it the way it is.
