The girls from top to bottom the girls are Pronema (my Mercury Nenenee), Mewblade (my deadly Mewthree), Zel (alien android), Annabelle, Castidle (Sailor Darkmoon), VLK (moi, but based off of one of my fictions), Sunkissed (my blonde behaving Pokemon) and Sepliamon (Digimon). Decided to do a sort of totem of my girls.
During the painting I realized that my correlation between lined work and 'realism' is terrible. Also lined work is so much more flattering. If one were to get the lined version and overlay it, ironically only Pronema matches up. I chose to retain the anime-y look for both Sepliamon and Sunkissed and kept the expressions generally unchanged. Yes, I am aware that some of them are freaky. Zel took way too long to paint among the whole lot. Color balance is off... and coordinating with any background color resulted in the grey one I'm using. Still, like the compilation of really everything you can imagine, aliens, robots, furry, Pokemon, Digimon, furry and human of various realities.
