Possibly. Although in dodgeball it isn't all about the size of your target. How fast is your target's reflexes. Can they catch the ball well? If they have a ball can they block with it well? How fast can the taur reach a ball lying on the ground? Likely a taur would have both advantages and disadvantages. What if they caught the ball with their forelegs? I'm sure a taur would be a bit of a wild card with some being terrible at dodgeball and others good.
