That's up to the patrons. Every month RT has PSRs on patreon where patrons can submit their ideas that he sketches. Some make ongoing stories on a month by month basis.
So whoever requested these pieces could follow up on them if they want to, or another fan could follow up on them instead if they have any other ideas/requests.
