Valerie the Wartortle. The whole water starter is one of my favorite, consistently. Like I love them in every gen. I imagine a Wartortle boxing girl would be a heavy set fighter, serious and steady, with impeccable defense, she'd be a fair fighter and a friendly girl who always takes less experienced fighters under her wings and offers extra training. At least in my headcannon.
