Crepuscular rays are absolutely stunning, almost anywhere you find them. This is also at the Craggy Visitor Center along the Blue Ridge Parkway in Western North Carolina, in the same position as my previous photo which was taken later in the year. Clouds streaking rapidly across the sky, ridges and peaks painted by the sun in a heavy haze. The trees along the mountains slowly blooming, the red buds, and green leaves refreshing the world, born anew to remind us… Maybe magic is real.
