An innocent little anthro kitty is blowing bubbles on the sidewalk, and happens to catch a fierce dragon in one of his bubbles! :O The dragon is not too happy to be stuck in the bubble, but alas, the bubble is very strong, and the dragon can't pop it with his claws, so he floats higher and higher as the kitty boy watches from the ground.

This was originally just a drawing of a dragon, but then I put him in a bubble of some sort, then it turned to a little kid blowing bubbles on the ground, and tada. The finished product of my strange imagination. XD
