Brono and his older brother, Agnar, never knew their parents when they hatched. They both grew up only with each other. Agnar took great care of his little brother, and his little brother did all he could to keep his big brother safe and by his side. For years, they stuck close to each other, never letting the other out of their sight for fear of losing them.
Agnar one day found he had a strange ability that scared even him at first, and Brono was scared too, but the two came to realize that they could both benefit from his unique ability. Only a year and half later, Brono saw a strange object in their neck of the woods. As the two approached, it was an ambush. A catapault flung something at him.
Agnar was too busy fighting the unknown attackers off, when Brono accidentally swallowed the object as it flew right into his mouth due to him roaring at them at the worst moment. It was a canister of refrigerant, or in other words, he'd accidentally swallowed a large container of nitrogen that had been thrown at him. At first he panicked, terrified that he was about to be frozen to death from the inside out, but instead....nothing seemed to happen to him.
He wondered why, and suddenly ice started covering his body up gradually from his tail, all the way to his head and horns, but he didn't feel the slightest bit cold, and he could still move just as freely as always.
The projectiles being fired at them soon started bouncing off of the ice that now encased his body and moved with him. He wanted it to break off him, and, as if by will, it did just that. He soon began to realize somehow his body had seemed to absorb the refrigerant, and he could use it to encase any part of himself in ice whenever he chose. He and his brother then resumed fighting, and once it was over, Agnar looked closer and the two wondered how this could be.
After a bit, however, they both came to accept it as it didn't cause any harm or discomfort to Brono, and it could be used for defense as well, as he found he could encase his brother in ice as well if he was touching him. The two then went on with their lives as normal, now both not being worried as much about the safety of the other as they had equal defenses and even abilities.
After a long wait, and forcing procrastination out of the way XD, I've finally got around to posting one of my two new Carnotaurus brothers. This is Brono, the younger brother of Agnar, whom will be posted in the near future hopefully.
