You know? I remember that this is kind of Schwarzie dreaming about his past (as he went to sleep at the end of chapter 7 and in chapter 8 we got this story), but is there an in universe reason why Schwarzie is dreaming about this period in his past? 🤔

Based on what we've seen previously, I assumed he was lost for 10 years after encountering a fruit, and then suddenly awoke for reasons we don't yet know. So, in that way he could basically be viewed as waking from a coma, and very much could be a child in an adult body. It could alternatively be interpreted that his body doesn't age, and so he could still be in the body of a youngling with the mind of an adult back in the present. Either view is valid.

Well, according to S2-Freak he was 18 when he was turned and roamed as a mindless beast for 10 years. So right now on this page he is 28 years old with the mindset of an 18-year-old. So not an infant but still not a full-fledged adult.

I dunno, was he really 18 years in mind when he transformed? I mean: He kinda feels more like his mindset is of a 12-13 year old. Or just extremely emotionally sensitive. =0
