Hope this is good for ya. :) I can add the tattoo in if you can clarify for me. That pic with the tattoo, is it on his ear? Or just his neck?

It's a little 'variable' actually, I like to see how people take it ;) The basic idea is the tattoo is a spiderweb that starts near/around left eye (I leave that to artist's interpretation) and goes down to the chest, where it has a tribal style spider. So on the cheek, or around the eye, or ear, whichever you think looks better! Always goes down the neck though. And thanks!
