The Ringtail Café https://www.ringtailcafe.com commissioned us to do a cover for their magazine in 2008 - and this is it!
It’s not often that I get an excuse to draw lemurs, much less lemurs who had far too much time to observe Indiana Jones in his natural habitat.
I’d also like to add that I’m not sure exactly what he’s climbing, but it appears that the Mayans stumbled across some blueprints for a Star Destroyer and took the project seriously.
I wonder what an Aztec-god version of Darth Vader would look like? Ah yes, that’s right - awesome. And there we have the inevitably horrid plot for ‘Indiana Jones 5: Secret of the Colliding Crossovers.’ Let’s all pray that George Lucas has better things to do.
