This one was in the planning for a while. But a few great ideas, and good reference pictures later, I had the recipe for the perfect badge for my fursona. What was important to me was that the text should be readable from further away rather than having it as small letters somewhere on the batch like how it’s done on many badges. Another important thing was that the back fur would be shown as center of attention, since it’s the most interesting part of the fur of a black-backed jackal. For the text we’ve used the signature I made in Autodesk Sketchbook a few years back. I’ve said this with a few of these pictures before, but this one is up there as one of my all-time favorites!
