They have to be; two of Dillon's words when he first saw or "linked" to her were "lemon" and "eye," way back at posts "2021 12 15" and "2021 12 15b." Trouble is, we don't yet know how he's linked to Helepolis, though he was probably a survivor of the Platform 7 incident based on his reactions on the "2021 12 07b" page.

Based on what's going on here, I'd say the two are already connected in some way. Also, I think that titan is going to panic because of that bond, which wouldn't be a good thing to happen if that was the case.

Ohhh! Now the "...we're worried, aren't we?" "We are." from the beginning makes more sense. He bonds with her to the point that he feels her emotions as his own. He didn't just casually say that. Pretty cool.
