So just a little update to keep my followers in the loop

Short Update
Still haven't gotten back to working on comic much. Very busy and VERY tired. My Canada trip packing and plans are... progressing and still stressful. Thanks to issues with avian flue and such, am somewhat running off a tentative schedule so things are a bit hectic. I am going to set aside a few days this week to chill, rest, and will probably get some drawing done so MAYBE comic returning soon but no promises. In the mean time, I do have some previously done references and such that I might sporadically upload.

Long Update
Everything is chaos and I'm tired.
Packing for my trip is taking everything out of me. Most of my days are spent packing and repacking, so I am generally exhausted. I know I'm not taking everything with me, but I'm not just packing what I'm taking on the trip but having to organize, sort, and pack everything in my storage too so when I come back it will be all set for me whatever happens then. Also, I am super struggling to pack for a 6 month trip. I'm a bit terrible with wanting to take everything with me and having some anxiety about having to leave some precious items behind for so long so it's causing a heck a ton of issues. So yeah, all around I am physically exhausted.

Bird issues is... continuing but at least has a light at the end of the tunnel maybe. My little boy took getting shots like a champ. Unfortunately the issues around him traveling are really throwing a wrench into the works. My new vet has been amazingly helpful and with all their work it looks like I will be able to take him... I just MIGHT have to move my trip by nearly a month. Depending on what Canada vet's respond to with my vet, either I can proceed as planned or I may have to delay about 30 days. I also wont really find out until about a week before my official trip planned sooo... lots of stressful, short time frame for things.

So yeah, things are really hectic and I want to get back to drawing and art but I really have to prioritize everything around my trip. When I do get down time, I really don't have the muscle strength to lift the pen at all lately. I've started scattering short breaks through out the day though and during them I've been able to work on filling out the info needed for some references that have been sitting for a while. I will try to occasionally upload some of those here and there.

Overall things are progressing and while I may be a bit... not here for now, once I finish this trip I'll be hoping right back into art so at most this semi-hiatus that is happening should only last into June.
