Apto April 4 - "Past"

Graham as an Oshawott (years before he ever became a delta type!), and an old friend/rival of his. Baxter's a Pansear-Aipom hybrid. Which makes him more or less an ordinary Pansear, but with a longer tail sporting an Aipom's hand. He used to tease Graham with it, and with him being taller than an Oshawott, and with the cool factor of being a one-in-a-million crossbreed. However, Baxter cannot evolve. That's not a major problem in the Mystery Dungeon world, but it does mean that how cool he is will hit diminishing returns when his peers evolve and gain new types and stuff.
