Any time there's a sale on fall squash I end up making this because I'm lazy. If any food/recipe accounts want to take and share go ahead
This is also a vegan recipe.
What you need:
-1 Spaghetti squash
-Olive oil
-Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400F (204 Celsius). While oven is preheating, cut off top and bottom of squash. Stand upright and cut in half - cutting the top & bottom off makes that easier. Remove the seeds.
Next, coat the inside of the squash with olive oil, salt & pepper. Light coating is about 2 tablespoons depending on the size of your squash. Then, flip the squash so the skin is on the outside / the spaghetti insides is facing the pan.
Bake for around 45 mins to an hour. Less time = more al dente "noodles". And that's it, you now how a squish. I mean squash. This method is waaaaay easier than peeling or cutting into rings or whatever. Once the squash is cooked it's super easy to just scrape it off the peel.
