Not know how the pack looks in the game... But if you use painters tape and stuff it with something hard...like make a cardboard liner and then fill in the card board with like tightly packed news paper, it should be ridge enough to paint crisp clean lines. You could even tape off the Cross symbol so it looks even more real.

For the first aid wording you could get stickers and set them down, tape off and paint in white. then peel the stickers off after wards for the same effect.

But its really good for the first time making something like it.
