Mimics are rather interesting they are actually surprisingly intelligent especially if they band together with other Mimics and form a Colony. Each one has a different personality and finding a playful one here or there isn't uncommon.
Theoretically if one was to pick up on wizardry id assume Alteration is the school of magic they specialize in since they like to alter there own forms all the time and like to negotiate things within reason to there way.
