Here's a commission from 
liljdude that I finally got around to coloring up. This is a remake of another piece that will be taking the place of the original due to Joey's recent updated policy on minor characters.
Not that it matters much, if you saw the cartoon you may recall Bongo's imaginary self tempting him to go outside. What if he instead tempted Bongo to enjoy the diapers he's been changed into? While his imaginary self looks impressed, Bongo is a little more than annoyed by his current circumstance.
