Mayor Heinz' powerful and terrifying wife. The strong but silent type. She acts as his bodyguard and is the number one reason nobody has managed to assassinate the extremely frail man in office.

She could absolute be a better mayor than her husband, but she would never take away the one thing (aside from herself) that makes her pathetic spouse happy.

Also I should add. Mayor isn't short, Missus is just fucking massive. Mayor is probably around 5'9 with his hunched over posture, so she's... Much Bigger. Even if this doodle here is a bit of an exaggeration.
