I have a thing for art deco as an art style and superheroes. I was doing some idle art noodling one weekm, thinking of a late friend who was a massive green lantern fan so ended up creating an ersatz version that's completely unsuited to the role. Crazy, clumsy, weaselly, someone who's more of a threat to the city than those he's supposedly there to protect.
