The SPARTAN-V Project has begun to bear fruits, creating the perfect generals we need for lead the Army. The volunteers' bodies are all answering well at the process, with no incident occurring. The UNSC is pleased by the obtained results and I, as member of the staff, am satisfied.
However, we've noticed few peculiar side effects on the female subjects, especially with Thelxinoe-100. The physical and mental enhancement of their skill caused the development of another ability, the emission of what we call with the temporary name of "female pheromones". We doctors and the Spartans themselves don't know how this works yet, but it seems useful to affect the minds of the male soldiers. We're taking advantage of this for take PTSD cases under control or for enhance the soldiers' abilities in war. With the latter, especially, we observed how men gets motivated and determined, offering better prowess during missions.
However, as a negative side effect, soldiers grow too, how can I say, "charmed" by the female spartans, to the point of finding themselves unable to resist the urge of obey their commands.
The Spartan female subjects are trying to maintain this side effect low and handled, even if Thelxinoe-100 is being playful and taking full advantage of this. Guess we should keep an eye on her: I can understand the need to relax a little when away from the battlefield, but we don't want to attract the Human Rights Committee's attention: we must guarantee rights to our soldiers and hypnotizing them without their consensus isn't right, even if it could be a little fun.
Tonight, Mistress Thelxinoe awaits me in her room for get a massage and a throne where to sit on: I'll take the chance for lecture her a little.

So, I don't remember all the details of Halo lore, but if I do recall there's no SPARTAN-V Project yet, but it stops at the IV. And I don't remember if there's any Human Rights Committee in the world of Halo, but hey: I guess you're not interested in all these details, with such a THICC subject in the drawing~ and this time, with hypnosis!
