Captain T. Fischer, marine legionnaire, in his ID portrait taken before the third campaign against the Consuming Hegemony. At the time he was one of only a handful of Dragons in the Emerald Legion, and the only officer. This led to the moniker among the support crew and navy attache of 'The Red in the Blues.' This nickname fell out after his promotion to Lord Captain and the significant increase of Dragons among the officers of the Legion.
