New character, a really, absurdly rich serval who at one point wanted to buy a moon but the settlers there did not want it, and their leader, an ant-eater, seems to be winning at court that had to decide if it's legal to buy a planet.
When he should have stepped on a stage to proclaim their win over her to the whole planet, suddenly she stepped in front of the cameras there, with his tail grafted on herself, and proclaimed she just bought the planet.
Cue in her being a fucking strict and awful queen.
Her name is Jeanne at the moment, but that's a work in progress still.
