I imagine that even with being ticklish the grumpy red dragon is going to be stubborn so by the time they do give up, that treasure hoard will probably be scattered around the cave from all the rolling around and pounding the floor that might have gone on.
Though I wonder whether the green dragon might extort some more treasure from the red dragon in exchange for keeping it secret just how ticklish they are.
