Sometime in the far distant yet post-apocalyptic future, Silver the Hedgehog was summoned into the remains of a large casino, where Mammoth Mogul was residing. And there, Mogul was mediating alone when he sensed distress, coming from three auroras emitting different colors: cyan, red and purple. Having found something somehow, Mogul performed a dark spell that would suck a huge chunk (but not all) of a cyan aurora, reducing it into a oddly-shaped glowing stone. Mogul would then do the same with a red aurora, and later a purple aurora.
Unfortunately, the solar storm interfered with Mogul's magic, which was supposed to seal the stones away from existence, instead causing him to accidentally send the three stones back to the past (i.e. the present day). Horrified by this, Mogul asked Silver to go there and bring those glowing stones back to him, but also requested him to not let anyone in the past see one stone.
So Silver teleported back into the past, ending up on the top of the mountain. He noticed the three stones flying in a circle in the middle of the sky and attempted to use a spell to contain them, when he noticed a good-sized airship approaching in his way. The airship's rider, in form of white wolf with cybernetic arms, yelled to Silver out of interest in taking the glow stones for himself, but that speech ended up confusing Silver. So the white wolf, who introduced himself as Drago Wolf, explained to Silver that the wolf had spent an hour observing and studying those stones, and expressed his plans to use those stones to enact his brutal revenge against New Mobotropolis, the walled city underneath the two. The horrified hedgehog swooped past Drago into the flying stones, and attempted to contain them, but Drago quickly vacuumed them into his airship, forcing Silver to attack Drago himself.
Silver just ended Drago's airship with his powers, but they were so intense that they created an outburst, exploding the airship in the process and scattering the three stones far away into distant continents. However, the cyan stone ended up shooting down into the outskirts of New Mobotropolis, technically laid on a bush in a grove nearby. Despite doing the easiest task, Silver got shot with a tranquilizer dart when he was focused on the cyan stone. It was then that Drago cornered the fazed yet conscious hedgehog at the walls and tried to tempt him with potential opportunities from that cyan stone, when the said stone began strengthening its radiation, excruciatingly turning both Drago and Silver into big, muscular warriors. While Drago was amazed to see his cybernetic arms having somehow grown muscular, he was grabbed at his neck by the newly infuriated hedgehog giant, but it took the latter half a minute to realize what he had become. After a series of poses to himself, Silver chuckled evilly and turned to Drago with agreement about potential opportunities, but not before Drago still at chokepoint begged Silver to let the wolf off, in which the hedgehog did. It also started the night when the cyan stone was brought into the Council of Acorn.

I see. By the way, from the description for the Mobian Muscle Growth, I mentioned "A series of muscle growth inflicted onto characters (especially those who are one-sided and minor)". It also means I'm including those who are either well-known or even best-known, not just one-sided or minor. Just saying
