There has been a trend among producers of a certain politically inconvenient genre of art where they will try to pass of obviously underaged characters, but will say in the description that the characters as not "depicted" or "intended" to be underage.
My take on that is if you do that, you're a coward. Either age them up properly, or own it. Don't insult our intelligence by trying to pass off that bullshit.

Yeah, that trend of drawing clearly loli/cub art and then pretend it's small because is a "femboy"/"very petite feminine figure" is pretty sick :S
The funniest of the things? It's something done by artists with a big follow, and still people are ok with that, which is part of the problem IMHO

Agree. There's been a certain fantasy webcomic where the characters all look like 13-16 year olds, and there's sexual situations and nudity. The artist is all "Oh, they're all in their mid-late 20's". ...Uh-HUH. It's not hard to portray adult characters as adults via their designs, instead of just the situations you put them in. If viewers have to ASK...
If all the characters looked like that, you could probably argue that it is just stylistic. If some characters are clearly much younger than the others and yet you keep trying to excuse it as them being college-aged (like a certain very high-profile furry who shall not be named here does,) then yeah, drop that bullshit.
