Bit of an intermission from convention sketchbook pictures...
So, this started as a pose practice from
S00t, who then decided to make it a YCH, which I won. I figured to start with Sara because the pose suggested leaning crouching on something she had been working on. Then as the drawing progressed and clothes were outlined I commented that it looked like a WWII 'bombshells' poster, and Soot figured she'd go a bit more 'Rosie the Riveter' in response, and I started thinking of the story History Lesson I wrote which mentioned Sara's great-aunt 'Wavefront' who was more a late-WWII/50s/early 60s superheroine... So, yeah, went full 'Rosie the Riveter' poster picture with this. And well worth the results.
Artist's posting at https://www.furaffinity.net/view/46566558/ so go say 'hi' there!

Yeah, I figure that's her great-aunt, just like the Western wanted poster by the same artist was Sara's great-great-grandmother. The 'mad scientist' abilities do run in the family.
Though now I'm remembering a line from somewhere about 'madness doesn't just run in his family, it full-out gallops'.
