Ah, you mean Fleischmann. And this IS from Fleishmann but it is for alternating current operation, which is why it has a pickup shoe on the underside. Fleischmann, Roco and several other DC model railroad companies have made AC variants of their HO scale locomotives for those that own Marklin made track.

Roco uses the former Fleischmann body tooling. Several years ago after a bank in Austria bought Roco and Fleischmann to keep both companies in business, it was decided that Roco would stop making N scale items while Fleischmann would stop making HO scale items. Fleischmann got the N scale tooling that Roco used to own while Roco got the HO scale toolings that Fleischmann used to own and both companies, now focusing on only one scale each are putting to use the toolings that they got from the other company. As such, in recent years you will have seen Roco releasing items that look just like ones that Fleischmann used to make.
