I'm so used to doing snowy scenes, doing the rain & effects here was really fun. ☔️ The photo I used for the background was a cloudy but sunny day & more warm, so it was a first for me to make it foggy/rainy. Several layers modifying colors, adding reflections on the street, wetness, fog, and finally the rain. It was a fun challenge ^^
