Somebody needs a bazooka...
This is a completely random comic strip, which I pretty much made up as I went along. I found the reference for the wolf's pose and thought 'I have to use that' so there was no prior planning, but I wanted to experiment with a comic-type of style. It's led me to thinking I should make a comic. Obviously it couldn't be this detailed, but I really enjoyed this so I might do a few more comic-like realistic pieces.
Hunting zombie crocodiles. Why? Because it's fun :)

I'm liking the piece, but I do have one critique that I hope isn't too harsh: there is no way the arrow would already be that angled downward that quickly after leaving the bowstring. Also, there seems to be an odd line in that panel as well under the arm that doesn't belong.
Baring those things, this is a nice little comic. The page setup is nice and I think the panels work great. Hey, guns are not going to be as useful if you can't just buy bullets, so a bow and arrow actually do make sense in a post-apocolyptic world.

Thanks for your critique, and you're not being harsh at all, I can see exactly what you mean. Can't believe I missed that line, that's what I get for copying and pasting the bow from the first box instead of re-painting it - it'd be the texture of the arrow from the first box lol. I'll fix that up, anyway. And you also picked out a good point about the arrow angling down. If I'd put more thought into this, I might have picked that up. Oh well, something to remember for next time. Thankyou for the comment, it's very much appreciated :)
