Say hello to Rain! She’s an Air Hellhound from the same universe as Flara's. Instead of molten lava, Rain is covered in adorable, white fluffy clouds! She can control the weather, creating storms and tornadoes at will. Best to stay on her good side, if you don't want to get soaked or blown away!
Rain is usually quite shy and reserved, but very very clever. She is always trying to learn more about her world, using logic and science to overcome any obstacle. She lives amongst the clouds with her pack, but always likes venturing downwards to the surface. There she can explore, gaining new information, as well as meeting other species of Hellhounds.

You know, since Rain and her kind is able to control weather (I don't know into what degree), the sources of air pollution - or better said their necessity - would be reduced by the ability itself. I can image some humans from this word to start using more technologies powered by wind, like wind turbines → and things powered by eletricity made by the turbines, windmills, sailing ships and gliders/sailplanes, etc. if they know that they have a friendly hellhound who is able to provide them some wind if they ask him/her nicely.
She sometimes steps on humans, vehicles and even homes without noticing. Although unlike other Hellhounds like Flara, her light weight sometimes causes humans to survive her tread. When she does notice survivors she had been meaning to snuff out, she'll stomp and grind a few more times to finish the job!
