And we're back with what will probably be the last drawing of this month! For this occasion I'll continue my series of drawings about the Student Six. This time the turn is for Silverstream, a character that I like a lot by the way (yeah, I probably like all the student six hehe, but well...). Months ago, I had a short but vivid dream with her, it wasn't too detailed, but I could look at her smiling at the sunset, kind of romantic in some way I think. So, this drawing is pretty much a representation of my dream mixed with another couple of extra ideas.
I really like sunsets, but I consider them really hard to draw properly. I really respect deeply those artists with a true mastery managing lights and shadows, when they draw sunsets... I fall in love with their pieces of art... Anyways, after gaining more skill in shading I decided it was a good change to put that in practice, and that part worked well. I was also imagining, since Silverstream is a bit innocent and silly, that she would probably think that there won't be a trouble at all of going to swim with a diaper hehe, so this is the result when she is about to return from an afternoon swimming. It was a really silly idea that I had and I thought that could fit perfectly with her personality. Even if drawing an hippogriff is not exactly the easiest thing to do, I absolutely love how I was able to draw her.
The final result is for me a great scene, in part romantic, in part silly, in part curious and in part cute :3 Hehe, sweetie pie, you're going to require a change when we return to the school nwn

This is truly a magical scene you created with Silver Stream. What makes it extra special is the warmth and calm of the sunset. We do not often get to see Silver Stream when she is not being hyper excited about something. The scene you created does well in showing her playful personality while also making it calm, slow, and easy going. She may be excited to swim in her diapers during the sunset, but she does not need to move fast nor speak a single word. Silver Stream is just happy to be herself in a special place during a soothing sunset.

I wonder if her brother, Terramar, may find her enjoying this happy time to herself? Maybe he, too, would have put on a Swim Diaper and laughed at his older sister for not having thought to wear one in advance. (I wrote a story about how, after having had to spend so much time underwater in 'Seaquestria', the Hippogriffs had to relearn how to go potty when not under the water. This, to me, would make the need for diapers, swim diapers, and training pants very common in larger sizes to assist in acclimating Hippogriffs who are transitioning from sea to land. This means that Terramar may enjoy going for a padded swim with his playfully pampered big sister.).

Hehe, well, the fact that she is not talking about anything or not being overly enthusiastic is something that you just imagine, she could be doing that just a few seconds after the scene of the drawing, but yeah, I understand what do you want to say. Partially my intention was also to, decrease her "engine revolutions" a bit and create a scene where she was calmer.
I'm pretty sure that Terramar may find her sister soaking a diaper with sea water because she is probably a bit innocent to realize that it was going to happen pretty silly. I also can imagine both playing together in the water, with joyful expressions just laughing at the same time because of the silly situations. Sounds really really cute and adorable for me :)
