Another triptych series for a previous art project, I had to combine photographs based on a specific theme, I chose "change" and included a few cryptic symbols in each piece. One that is present throughout is the appearance of rust and decay, most of the photographs I've taken were of different industrial and warehouse sectors of Orlando, where there is plenty of old rusty structures. In this piece an apple becomes the main symbol, it was inspired by the Apple of Discord which is a popular symbol of Discordianism, and thus, chaos. The idea of the three pieces are going to be very Discordian in nature, that while mankind likes to think they can create order and structure, ultimately everything comes back to nature and chaos. Oh and a lot of imagery is inspired by Silent Hill as well. :)
