I have never been a fan of doing Vita Sanguinence in warm shades, mostly because the world she lives in basically underwent nuclear winter and I struggle to imagine her in warmer colors. Yet somehow I did warm colors, and snow; and a nude portrait of her, which are both sort of firsts for a solo image of Vita.
The actual image (shoulders up) was the original blueprint/texture for her 3D model's headwrap. Found this with a bunch of other stuff and decided to make something of it. Painted in everything from the shoulders below, and then went psycho with textures, layers and color adjusting. I kept out her wings since they were distracting, and her cloak/robe (it's something that she would never remove willingly) since I wanted something vulnerable. Quick image overall despite being one of my few more "realistic" images. I find the whole lack of a face to be kind of eerie when you can't figure out how she's feeling. Still think she's kind of cute... in a sort of albino naked molerat looking way.
