Yukionna (or Yuki Onna depending on who you ask) is a character in Japanese myth. Short sum is that she's a beautiful woman long black hair, deep black eyes and red lips. She is an extremely lonely woman who is bound to snow storms. She appears to travelers going through snow storms, but if she gets close her icy cold breath freezes the travelers, killing them.
Anyhoo, been wanting to draw this pic for some time. I could have done more with the snow storm itself, but all in all I'm happy.
