The Prince in the Tower: My Dragon Returns (Happy Anniversar
My Dearest Ate,
I thank you each and every day that I am with you. Thank you for returning to me once again, my darling dear. Thank you for always putting a smile on my face. I know that there are times where I am not happy and it makes you nuts, but I love you dear. You are so special to me. Thanks does not come close to the boundless gratitude and love I have for you sweetie pie. I hope this poem comes close, though. To a wonderful mate. Always giving, always helpful, and always loyal to me. I love you, Ate. Happy Anniversary, hunny.
The Wolf Prince in the Castle...
The prince waits...peering out of the castle....far away...
And all alone, day in and out...by the window, he would stay...
Did he lose someone?...Did he love someone?.....Was he waiting for someone?
….All day and all night, the prince sat by the window....and waiting for the day to be done....
He stayed alone in the tower....looking out at the sky.....
But all the wile no one knew.....the reason why....
He was silent....and lost in thought.....always waiting by that window in the empty tower.....
Solemn and alone he waited....week after week...hour after hour....
A knight entered the room, in shining armor.....coming to rescue the young wolf....
….But the wolf wouldn't go....And waited lonely by the window....
When the knight asked the prince, why it was that he stayed.....the wolf simply looked up....
….And he started to tear up....feeling that he had waited by the window all his life....in vain.....
“Because....” the wolf responded softly... “I await for the love of my live....if he returns....”
So the knight went away....and the prince was once again....alone....
Finally....after waiting and waiting....he began to fall asleep....waiting so long for the love he once had...
...to return....
He fell into a deep sleep....and as he began to shut his eyes....a beautiful dragon with yellow scales
That glistened like a ray of sunlight
A dragon with eyes like two beautiful roses....misted with morning dew....
And a tongue as silver as starlight....appeared...on the horizon.....
It was love that brought the dragon and the prince together......
….and love that rekindled the flame in the dragon's heart....
The prince laid to rest at the window of the tower...
….and that dragon.....the glorious dragon....took the prince away from the tower...
They flew to the sky....and far away they flew away....
The dragon returned the prince to his kingdom...to his warm loving bed...
But before the dragon flew away...The prince took the dragon's claw....
And asked him.....to stay.......
Ate, hunny....I know that this may seem sad an all...but the trial separation made me realize just how important you are in my life, hunny. After all...our anniversary and mateship is on September 18 (and you know the other special event on that day) My darling dragon, I am so sorry. I love you and I never want to lose such a special dragon like you. I hope that this is a good enough anniversary gift. Happy 1 month, hunny. I love you so much. Thank you for returning to rekindle the fire.

The dragon... lost in his mind.... was unsure of where to go... He tried his hardest to forget the prince in the tower.... but he couldn't.... He continued his life... in search of happiness...
he looked and looked and looked.... but to no avail.... he found nothing...... He Found no one.... that could make him feel... like that prince did.... He then came to a realization..... no one had ever made him happier....
He went back to the tower.... to find his love still waiting there..... to find that others had tried... and failed.... because this draggy.... was the only one for him.... and that wolf.... was the only one for this draggy....
He took the wolf's hand..... and flew off.... into the sunset.... as bright as his golden scales.... he looked into the wolf's gray eyes.... and found love.... love that he had never seen before.... love that he had been searching for....
So now.... he found him..... the one to make him truly happy.... the one that could make his heart jump for joy...... the one that could piece it back together and make it whole again.... His one and only.... wolf.....

While your scales my glisten in the sun, my fur glowes like the light of the moon. As different as day and night, and as much drama arose from all of this, I am glad to have such a special and loving mate as you, hunny. My darling dragon once more. You have no idea how happy you make me, hun. I love you. And I hope that by this time NEXT year, we are in each other's arms and are still as in love as the first day we mated, hunny. I love my special draggy. You are so kind, giving, and loving. I love you, Ate.
The dragon looks into the soft eyes of the wolf and smiles. He now knows that everything will be ok. He now knows that he can spend the rest of his life with this wolf, and also knows that they will be in love no matter what. He now knows that this wolf, in his arms, is his one true love, destined to be mates forevermore. He smiles as he leans in for a kiss and deeply kisses the wolf, with passion unseen for many a years. For his love, his one true love, is back home, in his arms again.
The wolf kisses the dragon deeply....completly forgetting the past....letting go of the pain.....not feeling any hurt....but now....from his mate's loving kiss....falls in love all over again....holding the dragon in a warm embrace, and keeping him close.....letting him know that his mate would never leave him again.....letting him know.....after all the years of waiting....allthe years of hurt.....those broken heart.....those wounded souls....found love in each other....and became one....
The dragon sheds tears of happiness... knowing that the kiss was what sealed the deal, knowing that zeric was his. Atemaru fell in love all over again, and that was the most special moment of his life, knowing that this wolf, would never leave again, that he would always be in his arms, now and forevermore
Zeric Treywolf....one month ago....made a gamble....he bet his heart and hope....one the beautiful Atemaru Atemal. The odds were very bad at times....but what relationship doesnt have its flaws?.....Zeric left and it hurt Ate deeply....but deep down.....that gorgeous draggy was the one he wanted to call....his life mate.....his darling draggy....forever more.....
The dragon humbly accepted the wolfs offer because he knew deep down in his heart, no one could make him happier than the wolf. He knew that the wolf was the one for him, and when times got tough, he fought, he fought for what he knew was beauty in the eyes of God. He fought for his, and his mate's happiness. For he knew that both of them would be miserable without each other, and he was right.
