After Scarlet and Violet's announcement along with showing off the starter pokemon, I decided to make what I think the rest of the starter lines will look like. First up is the grass starter Sprigatito, whose name is a combination of Sprig and Gatito, the latter of which meaning kitten in spanish. I think Sprigatito would evolve into Growgato, which is a combination of the words Grow and Gato, which means cat in spanish, I think going from a kitten to a normal cat is a nice transition from first to middle form. Then finally I think Growgato should eventually grow into a mighty Turftigre, with its name being a combination of the words Turf, and Tigre, which is the spanish word for tiger. Everyone complains about Sprigatito being another Incineroar, and even though I like Incineroar I hear you guys, we only need one of him, and since grass starters are typically modeled after some sort of prehistoric animal I thought it would be appropriate to model Turftigre after a sabertooth tiger.
