added the neck and did more little touch ups :D also added a tongue :> the head will fit 23-24 1/2 well, for smaller heads if you just add a little foam on the interior it will work fine also :3

the head was originally made a bit over a year ago and i never even put a neck on it and it sat in my friends closet for a long time. it was worn twice locally i believe and i redid over half the head so its just about brand new. the only thing that bugs me is you can feel a seam on the forehead and there is a small visible seam on the bottom of the jaw but its not incredibly noticeable.
