I had this idea of flushing Wally Gator down the toilet (Jellystone style!) a long time ago, but when I saw the episode "Uh Oh! It's a Burglar!" I came up with the idea that Loopy was the one who flushed Wally down the toilet (because she lost patience with him for visiting the store for several days), the reason why Wally doesn't have his necklace and shirt cuffs, is because Loopy took them from him to green them in the store.
